Philip believes Grenfell Tower fire of TBC was entirely avoidable and unnecessary, had common sense prevailed over process and procedure … before using any insulation product, I test it personally on my BBQ and stand back. In my experience, many of the highly processed foam products are highly combustible. The organic products in the processed, treated form I have worked with tend to char, but not combust. In some cases, this is because they have been specifically treated with fire retardant.
