- Measured Survey provides dimensions of a building, internally or externally, room by room or as a whole to the required level of accuracy;
- Lease Plans (for registration of lease, where Land Registry compliant plans are required; in conjunction with a Deed of Variation or Acquisition of adjacent land or plot)
- Plan Drawings (for design and architects or planning submissions);
- Boundary Determination (land measurement for property owners who share a boundary with their neighbours)
- Measured Survey (for pre-acquisition, lease renewal or as an expert witness)
- Height Measurement (for The Higher Risk Building Regulations 2023)
