Philip regularly provides CPR-compliant expert witness reports. This may be in relation to a dispute with builders, home disrepair, or in a boundary dispute. He takes an impartial, non-judgemental position which enables him to think objectively ‘out of the box’.
The reports follow a prescribed format which is consistent with the requirements of Court Procedure Rules. These can be submitted to court in resolution of your dispute. The reports normally comprise a meeting, an inspection, prior to the report being prepared. It is normally advisable in most cases to engage a solicitor to prepare a formal letter of instruction, so everyone is clear exactly what needs to go in the letter.
