Education As a former schoolteacher in his previous career, Philip retains his commitment to and interest in education. He offers a range of educational services which can be adapted and developed to meet the needs of the client. In particular, Philip attends career days and makes presentations in secondary schools about the profession of chartered surveying, giving pupils an insight into the professional and a vision of future career prospects. Structured Training Philip provides career opportunities and ongoing support ‘in-house’ to graduate surveyors wishing to build a career in surveying and valuation work through structured training in order to bring new blood into the profession. He promote career opportunities for individuals from any backgrounds and starting points. Candidates are selected purely on merit. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Philip makes a range of informative presentations for CPD and interactive seminars for property and construction professionals on topics such as the Party Wall etc Act 1996, sustainable renovation, sustainable building use for clients, public sector organisations, architects and other construction professionals.
