PSC is a boutique property consultancy which provides multi-disciplinary surveying services to the local community and to a focussed group of clients in a wider geographical area. In 2017, Philip set up PS Surveys, now PSC Surveys and later also Clocktower Surveys, a local practice based in Crouch End, North London.

PSC Surveys is registered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the firm is therefore regulated by the RICS also.
Philip Smith is also a longstanding member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club of Party Wall Surveyors.

Philip set up PSC Surveys in 2017. As a chartered surveyor, Philip provides a range of professional services to clients in property and construction. As well as building surveys, key areas of expertise lie in party wall & neighbourly matters, retro-fitting historic buildings with sustainability, and training graduates.

Marie, Administration Manager
Marie joined us in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in administration. Marie is highly organized, she has excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities which forgo the rest of us.
She is skilled in customer service and is committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
Alex, Graduate Surveyor
Alex joined PSC Surveys as Graduate Surveyor in August of 2023, after graduating from the University of Reading in 2023.
Alex is enrolled on the APC programme to gain chartered status. He works closely with Philip, assisting with all kinds of surveys, projects, party wall matters, costings and valuations. With a background in project management and his own property development company, Alex has a keen eye for detail and a practical understanding of how buildings come together. ‘I aim to bring a hands-on, solution-focused approach to any project.’
Rafid, Sophie and Matt undertake inspections and important ‘behind-the-scenes’ support. Sophie’s experience lies with valuation work.
Barney is a sustainability consultant and provides specialist input for our Eco-Surveys and Sustainability Assessments. Stuart assists with dilapidations claims.
